Mounting public pressure has moved Verizon to change their mind about throttling speeds for their unlimited data plan mobile customers. There has been quite a bit of press related to poor customer satisfaction and even public letters between Verizon and the FCC regarding the data throttling announcement.
Extra Mile Fiber joined the FTTH Council on April 4, 2014. This membership helps EMF to join the rest of the fiber to the home industy and guides EMF in best practices and industry standards for building and operating fiber to the home networks and services.
